Cupra formentor

The new 2020 SUV will be the first model of the Cupra sub-brand, which Seat announced a few months ago. The Formentor model will be larger than the Ateca crossover, but at the same time it will retain the stylistic solutions presented on the previously debuted concepts. It is known that the Spanish SUV will be equipped with a hybrid unit based on a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine and one electric motor, which together produce up to 242 hp. useful power. Both units are combined with a 7-speed robotic gearbox with a dual clutch and a battery that provides an electric range of 48 kilometers. Seat will later release the Formentor with more powerful motors.

DS 8

The new 2020 sedan is built on PSA's proprietary EMP2 platform. Structurally, the DS 8 will be close to the 7 Crossback crossover. Most likely, the French novelty will borrow from the latter and a hybrid unit with a capacity of 296 hp. The DS 8 will receive several more turbocharged petrol and diesel engines, thanks to which the sedan will be able to compete with similar models from BMW and Audi.

Ferrari rome

The front-engine Ferrari Roma is styled similar to the Portofino, but with a different aerodynamic performance. From the SF90 Stradale, this 2020 new car borrows an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, which is paired with a 3.9-liter turbocharged V8 that develops up to 612 hp. The Italian model takes only 3.4 seconds to accelerate to 100 km / h.

Ford Mustang Mach-E

One of the most unexpected and already highly sought-after crossovers of 2020 will go on sale in October. The Mustang Mach-E is the first electric SUV of its kind in Ford history. The American model is equipped with electric motors producing up to 332 hp. power. The SUV will be available for about 4.83 million rubles. Later, the market will be replenished with "charged" modifications of the Mustang Mach-E Shelby and GT.

Maserati alfieri

Another new car in 2020, created almost from scratch. Alfieri will play the role of flagship in the Maserati lineup. The first novelty of the Italian company since 2015 will be released in three versions, including with electric motors, a hybrid installation and an 800 V battery.

About a year after the appearance of the new generation of Superb, Skoda will present a hybrid version of its flagship. The Czech model will receive a unit that produces no more than 215 hp. useful power. The hybrid setup is based on a 1.44-liter turbocharged engine from the VW Passat GT, which develops up to 154 hp, and a 115-horsepower electric motor. They are combined with a 6-speed robotic gearbox with dual clutch. The Czech novelty travels about 55 kilometers on electric traction. And the acceleration to 100 km / h in the hybrid liftback takes 7.4 seconds.

SsangYong Korando E. V

About a year ago, SsangYong introduced a new generation of Korando, equipped with several gasoline and diesel engines. And by October, the Korean concern intends to bring to the market an electric version of the rival Nissan Qashqai. According to preliminary data, in addition to another engine, Korando will receive several subtle modifications to the body structure. The car will also retain the plug-in all-wheel drive, which provides increased cross-country ability.

Subaru levorg

About six months after the official presentation, the Subaru Levorg will hit the market. The new generation-changing Japanese crossover in 2020 has received a deeply redesigned all-wheel drive system. The car received a 1.8-liter turbocharged engine, presented only a few months ago. Probably, in 2021, the Levorg STI Sport will enter the market with a more powerful engine and aggressive appearance. The appearance of both versions should help the crossover cope with the drop in European sales that Subaru registered in 2019.

Tesla Model Y should become one of the most sought-after models of the American brand. This electric car will be cheaper than Model 3. However, the new product surpasses the specified hatchback both in terms of equipment and characteristics.
