Despite the fact that LiAZ has not officially made any statements about the likelihood of such a car, its appearance has already been disclosed. The new crossover LiAZ-677 2021-2022 was shown by an independent designer who published a series of renders depicting this model.
The presented car stands out with several features at once that can make it more attractive against the background of competitors such as the Hyundai Creta or even the more expensive Haval F7. The LiAZ crossover has a high ground clearance, which is more typical for full-fledged SUVs than for urban SUVs. The all-terrain orientation of the presented novelty is emphasized by a plastic body kit that stretches along the square wheel arches and the bottom of the side doors. It is also likely that this model will receive a plug-in all-wheel drive, which it can borrow from Volkswagen. That is, if such a crossover from LiAZ is launched into production, it will become the most passable in its class.
