Hyundai Nexo is a second generation fuel cell SUV. The model combines excellent design, the latest developments, including in the form of fuel, as well as excellent dynamic characteristics. Despite the fact that this is a SUV, it is quite good in extreme conditions and can be operated at low temperatures. The first official presentation of the car took place on January 9, 2018 at the electronics show in Las Vegas, where the new 2019 Hyundai Nexo model immediately attracted attention. Then the first photos and prices appeared. A lot of new products in the field of electronics were presented at the exhibition. Hyundai decided to keep up and presented the new crossover there. However, long before that, Nexo had attended many car exhibitions. At the end of 2017, the car was presented in Seoul, and in March of the same year, it was already presented as a concept car at an exhibition in Geneva. The start of sales is scheduled for the end of the year, and the cost is set at 3.8 million rubles. The 2019 Hyundai Nexo is a competitor for the Volkswagen Tiguan, BMW X3 and Mercedes GLC.

Moreover, this technology works both on the highway and in the city. And the most interesting thing is the RSPA. This system is capable of itself, autonomously parking or leaving the parking space. Moreover, she can do this even without a driver in the cabin. If we add to this the fact that the 2019 Hyundai Nexo in a new body received high marks in the field of safety, it is predicted a high sales rate. The manufacturer optimized the configuration and prices as much as possible for the realities of the market, and photos and reviews only fuel interest.

Specifications
The power plant is electric, with a capacity of 163 horsepower (120 kW) and 395 N * m of torque. It works in conjunction with a single-speed transmission, as in all electric cars, which transmits all torque to the front wheels. The engine gets its energy from a block of fuel cells generating 95 kW, and lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 40 kW. There are also 3 hydrogen cylinders installed there, which generate energy. Moreover, for their full filling, only 5 minutes is enough.

The acceleration dynamics of the new Hyundai Nexo 2019 is quite good, it accelerates to 100 km / h in just 9.5 seconds. Not bad for a crossover with just 136 horsepower. This is achieved precisely thanks to the electric motor, which, unlike a gasoline engine, is capable of delivering maximum power and torque at the lowest rpm. Considering that this is a complete novelty in our country, you should not look for owner reviews. Pros - excellent cross-country ability and reliability, not much is known about the minuses. However, experts noted that fuel consumption indicators were also better.
As stated earlier, the new 2019 Hyundai Nexo is mid-sized. They make up:

The manufacturer notes that the car is very resistant to low temperatures, and works stably even at -30 degrees. The cruising range is quite large, 595 km. The car is equipped with electric power steering and disc brakes in a circle with ABS, EBD, and other systems.
Hyundai Nexo 2019 turned out to be very environmentally friendly, because even some interior elements in the cabin are made from recycled materials. At the same time, the engine retains decent dynamic characteristics and is subjected to temperature loads, while having a huge power reserve, which is almost 600 kilometers, and according to a certain technology, all 800.

Naturally, the exterior and the huge number of technologies used in this car leaves a positive impression. Take, for example, the lane control system, or the remote parking aid. Both systems can be useful, for example, to an inexperienced driver who does not yet know how to park. A seasoned motorist may need a lane control system on long journeys. The blind spot monitoring system is generally an irreplaceable thing in the city! But, unfortunately, the car will not be available for residents of the Russian Federation, and the manufacturer does not plan to sell it in Russia.

Design
The design of the new Hyundai Nexo 2019 turned out to be modern and unique. It attracts attention with its spectacular appearance, which is filled with many design and technical solutions. In the front of the car, two-story diode optics and an incredibly beautiful false radiator grille with an unusual pattern are used.
At the rear, you can see all the same spectacular triangular LED lights and a neat bumper. In profile, the car looks pretty sporty, slightly protruding wheel arches, in which light-alloy wheels are located, add impressiveness.

The manufacturer also used recessed door handles (this solution was implemented on the Range Rover Velar and similar in appearance, but different in structure on the Nissan GT-R). This was done for the sake of better aerodynamics. The domed roofline and windows are impressive. At the top of the trunk is a spoiler that, again, serves aerodynamics.
Inside, the new crossover looks quite presentable. The driver is greeted by a two-spoke multi-steering wheel and a central panel, which is occupied by a large display, all the necessary information is displayed on it. The second part of this display houses a multimedia system, which is capable of both entertaining (for example, music) and being responsible for the comfort in the cabin.

The interior of the Hyundai Nexo 2019 is decorated with high-quality materials, although some elements are made from recycled materials, but the quality and appearance do not betray this fact. The salon is designed for five people, including the driver. Moreover, all the seats are provided with a supply of the necessary space for movement with comfort. Despite this, the trunk here has a volume of 461 liters.

The Korean car turned out to be quite good, having a number of advantages, such as: the use of hydrogen as a fuel and an unusual design, of course, we must not forget that it is completely electric and does not carry absolutely any emissions into the atmosphere, and after processing hydrogen into the outlet is just water. The reasoned cost and impressive characteristics of the Hyundai Nexo 2019 would surely have been to the liking of domestic motorists.
