A number of manufacturers produce really reliable and high-quality new cars that can be purchased up to 700,000 rubles. However, in most cases we are talking about basic or initial configurations with a minimum set of equipment. However, this does not in any way affect the driving characteristics of the cars.

11th place. Ford focus

The Focus, like the Fiesta, has an attractive exterior and a rather comfortable interior. For 700 thousand rubles today you can buy an American model only in the basic version. In addition, the laconic exterior and ergonomically thought-out interior speaks in favor of the VW Polo. Another advantage of the car is that problems with its suspension do not arise for several tens of thousands of kilometers.

7th place. Skoda Rapid

The Skoda Rapid is characterized by the same features that distinguish the VW Polo. But the Czech model costs several tens of thousands of rubles cheaper, and in terms of reliability it surpasses a number of other cars that are located higher in this rating. The Skoda Rapid stands out thanks to its spacious and comfortable interior designed for family drivers. The model is offered with a limited number of options, which has a positive effect on its cost. Rapid demonstrates high driving performance, even on difficult road sections. This is partly due to the high-quality suspension.

6th place. Citroen c-elysee

Citroen C-Elysee is another family car in the rating of new cars up to 700,000 rubles. Accordingly, the French model has a spacious interior and stands out due to its high level of safety. In addition, Citroen C-Elysee is characterized by the presence of a reinforced body, double door seals and additional engine protection. In the initial version of the sedan, there is a 1.2-liter engine that develops up to 72 hp. power. At 700 thousand rubles, richer C-Elysee configurations are also available, in which a 1.6-liter 115-horsepower unit appears.

5th place. Hyundai solaris

The recent bestseller of the Russian market after the release of the second generation has slightly lost ground. However, Hyundai Solaris still remains attractive to a wide range of motorists, and therefore is in the ranking of the best new cars up to 700,000 rubles. The Korean model has a striking appearance and a comfortable interior. Under the hood of the sedan hides a 1.4-liter unit with a return of 107 hp, which is combined with a manual or automatic transmission. The weakness of the Hyundai Solaris is considered to be its suspension, which is not able to withstand prolonged use on uneven roads. On the other hand, sedan parts are relatively cheap.

4th place. Lada granta

Lada Granta is the most popular car on the Russian market in recent years. The high demand for the sedan is due to the low cost of the model. For 700 thousand rubles, you can now buy Granta in the maximum version and additional equipment such as an advanced audio system. A 106-horsepower engine is installed under the hood of the car, combined with a manual gearbox. Side mirrors and door windows are electrically adjustable. The Lada Granta equipment includes power steering and anti-lock braking system. It should also be noted that there is a reliable suspension. But, like other models of the Lada brand, the body of Granta quickly becomes covered with rust.

3rd place. Nissan almera

In terms of popularity, Almera is inferior to Granta. But the Japanese model bypasses the Russian sedan in terms of equipment and reliability of the installed 1.6-liter engine, the output of which is 102 hp. The base motor is combined with a 5-speed manual or automatic transmission. Compared to the cheaper Logan and Granta, the Nissan Almera has an attractive exterior and comfortable interior. The Japanese sedan is equipped with an anti-lock braking system, steel rims and fog lights already in the basic version. 2nd place. Lada Vesta

Lada Vesta failed to rise higher in the rating of new cars to 700,000 rubles because the car had only recently entered the Russian market. This means that so far it has not been possible to identify all the shortcomings of the model. Lada Vesta stands out against the background of all budget cars due to the original exterior with large stampings on the sides and front part of the body, which is copied by some foreign manufacturers. Initial versions of Lada Vesta with 82- and 106-horsepower engines, manual and automatic gearboxes are estimated at 700 thousand rubles today. Air conditioning (climate control), a multimedia complex, parking radars, front airbags, several indicators and other equipment are available to the Russian sedan. In addition, for the indicated amount today you can buy a cross-version of Lada Vesta, which is distinguished by increased ground clearance and an additional plastic body kit on the body.

1st place. Kia rio

Despite the fact that only the basic configuration is available for the indicated amount, the second generation Kia Rio rightfully occupies the first line of this rating. It is the Korean model that has an optimal price-quality ratio. The car is equipped with a 1.3-liter engine, which provides high performance for a sedan.
