The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China has recently published photos of the new version of Chery Exeed TX, costing from 1.5 million rubles. The images show that the exterior of the crossover has largely retained the previous design (photo: autohome.com.cn). But there is data on changes in the technical characteristics of the car. In particular, it is reported about the appearance of a more high-performance turbocharged engine with 2.0 liters of volume and an all-wheel drive system.
New version of Exeed TX
As mentioned above, the appearance has not undergone any special changes. The front bumper is still topped by a wide, massive grille with horizontal louvres. The main headlights also retained a narrow design format. Even the decorative strip with the word "EXEED" is in the same place, interconnecting the optical elements. Below there are ventilation niches, where fog lights are also located. In general, the crossover looks quite masculine. The car looks very interesting and stylish in profile. A neat stamping line can be seen on the doors, and the roof has a pronounced slope to the stern. The glazing is made quite compact, which immediately catches the eye in comparison with the dimensions of the model.
"Shod" Chery Exeed TX in rather massive wheels, which received an interesting spoke pattern, reminiscent of petals. The door panels are wide and the handles are kept as standard. On the rear bumper, the optics are made in a pass-through format. There is a neat little spoiler here. Under which the brake lights are located. A special area for the license plate is made under the luggage compartment door, on the sides of which there are fog lamps and additional lighting elements. The lower part is covered with a plastic protective body kit.
A fairly impressive list of options will be offered for the new Chery Exeed TX. In particular, the crossover will receive a panoramic sunroof, several wheel rim options, a black antenna, red sport calipers, tinted fog lights and much more. Under the hood of the car, a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine with 261 horsepower will be installed. The crossover will be available with an all-wheel drive system.
Actual model
