The relative debutant of the German car brand Audi, the Q4 e-tron, has taken part in crash tests conducted as part of the Euro NCAP program to determine the level of its safety for passengers.

The day before, the test results were published on the Web. They show that the SUV is able to take a blow quite decently and provide the highest safety for its passengers, as well as pedestrians. As a final mark, the cross received the maximum possible score of 5 stars. As part of individual tests, experts noted that adult passengers are protected in the Audi Q4 e-tron by 93%, and the safety of children is ensured by 89%.

Also, experts have confirmed the excellent behavior of the car in frontal displacement. At the time of the accident, the mannequins fixed in the seats received decent protection in the hips and knees. Moreover, it was of the same quality both for the driver of the crossover and for the passengers. It also turned out that the degree of security is not affected by the height of the person inside the car.

The next test, in which the car took part, was a collision with an obstacle from the side. Moreover, in this case, the contact does not fall on any part of the body, but on the entire side area. As a result of the test, all important parts of the body of any of the passengers in front or behind are reliably protected.

Thus, according to the results of the test, Audi has confirmed its reputation as a manufacturer of high-quality and reliable premium cars, in which the passengers of the cabin can feel safe even in the most difficult road conditions or in an accident.
