Audi continues to expand the geography of sales of its e-tron GT electric sports car. Following Europe, the model enters the US market, where all the prices and features of the sports car were announced the day before. The cost of a car in this country starts at $ 100,945 (7.5 million rubles) for the usual version. At the same time, the buyer will have to pay $ 140,945 (10.4 million rubles) for the most powerful version of the RS e-tron GT.
The standard Audi e-tron GT gets 469bhp. and 629 N * m of torque. In this case, the car has a special Boost mode. It briefly increases the power of the electric car to 522 hp. and 639 N * m of thrust. In the latter mode, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 3, 9 seconds, and its “maximum speed” will be 245 km / h. The more "charged" RS e-tron GT is tuned to 590 hp. and 829 N * m of torque in stock and 637 hp. and the same 829 N * m when activating Boost. The maximum speed is comparable to the standard model, but the acceleration from 0 to the first "hundred" is reduced to 3.1 seconds.
Both models received a 92 kWh battery pack, but due to the higher power of the RS e-tron GT, as expected, it lost a little in autonomy, although this cannot be called critical. According to the local EPA system for measuring the range of electric vehicles, the RS variant is capable of covering 374 km without recharging, and its less powerful “brother” is 383 km.
In the basic version, both cars come with 20-inch alloy wheels, but optionally with the RS version, 21-inch wheels are also available. The "charged" version also has a carbon roof as standard. The 12.3 "dashboard and 10.1" multimedia display are also available in the "base". It is also worth noting that cars are not offered with upholstered leather as standard. It uses recycled materials. However, the leather interior can be ordered as an option.
