The Chinese carmaker Chery is represented on the domestic market by several brands at once. In addition to the main company, as well as the premium CheryExeed, the model range of the corporation also includes Jetour cars. The latter specializes in the production of budget models.
On the eve it became known that the brand is preparing to launch the Jetour X90 Plus SUV. In fact, this variant is a restyled version of the standard X90. But given the fact that that model remains on the market, we can say that the X90 Plus is a different car. The original version of the cross was first shown during a recent exhibition in Chengdu, China. The car was equipped with new bumpers, a large radiator grill, and vertical navigation lights. The dimensions of the SUV are 4858x1925x1780 mm, and the center distance is 2850 mm.
In the interior of the cross, a large display stands out, which combines two screens at once - the instrument panel and the multimedia system. In addition, the car received a touch panel for adjusting the climate control unit, an original transmission joystick and new air duct deflectors. The list of equipment of the novelty is presented by cameras of a circular video review, a panel for wireless charging of mobiles, adaptive cruise control, as well as a number of electronic assistants. The cross is offered in versions for 5, 6 or 7 seats.
The list of available engines designed for the Jetour X90 Plus currently includes turbo units for 1, 5 and 1.6 liters. For the first internal combustion engine, the manufacturer offered a manual transmission or a "robot" for 6 speeds, but the second version comes exclusively with a robotic gearbox for 7 gears. The price for this SUV is more than attractive. So, the manufacturer estimated the basic version at 1, 145 million, and the top-end - at 1, 572 million rubles, which is lower than the cost of the new Hyundai Creta.
