Chery, a few days after the official presentation, launched pre-sales of the new Jetour X90 Plus crossover. Commercial samples of the crossover have already been photographed from official dealers. Shipping to customers will start later.
The Jetour X90 Plus is comparable to the Volkswagen Tiguan both in terms of equipment and technical characteristics. So, the car is equipped with 1, 5 - and 1, 6-liter supercharged engines to choose from. The maximum output of the second unit is 197 hp. with a torque of 290 N * m. A 7-speed "robot" is supplied with it. At the same time, the Chinese novelty is estimated at 102.9 thousand yuan (about 1.17 million rubles).
Chery has not yet published a complete list of trim levels that will be available with the Jetour X90 Plus. But as part of the presentation, the manufacturer said that the Chinese novelty is equipped with two displays: a virtual instrument panel and a large touchscreen monitor, which is built into the center console. Together with the Jetour X90 Plus, they will also offer a power button, an electrically adjustable parking brake, climate control equipment and other options. In addition, the top-end crossover is equipped with leather seats.
After the modernization, Jetour X90 Plus became larger. Moreover, this is more likely due to an increase in the size of the radiator grille and a number of other exterior details. In addition, the body of the crossover was replenished with chrome elements and a wide block with vertical LED lights integrated into the front bumper. At the same time, the manufacturer significantly expanded the wheel arches, thereby improving the off-road characteristics of the model.
