Chery has announced that it will begin accepting pre-orders for the new Jetour X90 Plus crossover at the upcoming Chengdu Auto Show. The exterior and interior of the car have already been revealed. In addition, the motor range of the upcoming novelty is also known. In this regard, no surprises are planned.

Externally, the new product is completely unlike any other Chery cars. However, it very superficially resembles Audi crossovers. At the front, the SUV has a rather large radiator grill, which is combined with angular headlights. At the back, the lights vaguely resemble the design of the large BMW X7 crossover, in the middle of which there is a massive chrome trim with the model name. Under the bumper, which has a distinctly sporty appearance, there are twin tailpipes of the exhaust system.

On the side doors, it can be seen that they form a single whole with the sills and have lining of black unpainted plastic. In addition to the design idea, this also has a functional purpose, since the driver and passengers will not stain their clothes when leaving the car. The rims have an elegant design with thin sharp spokes, which looks very stylish and unusual. In the interior, the new car has a one-piece panel in which two screens are built, one of which is the instrument panel, and the second is responsible for the multimedia component. The steering wheel has a sloped bottom in a sporty manner.

There will be three engines to choose from. Two atmospheric with a volume of 1, 5 and 1, 6 liters, as well as a two-liter turbo engine. Their power will be 156, 197 and 254 hp, respectively. Fuel consumption, according to the published data of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, reaches 8, 1-8, 6 liters per 100 km of track.
