Among all the models that were presented at the Chengdu Auto Show, the new Changan Auchan X5 in Sports Edition stands out. This special version is distinguished by its aggressive appearance, which the crossover acquired due to the original body kit and additional decorative details.
The Sports Edition Auchan X5 has a new front bumper. Moreover, if we compare the presented model with its prototype, then in the debuted crossover it is only complemented by contrasting yellow inserts. The bumper retains the large side air intakes and the trapezoidal center. But these insertions change the perception of the Chinese model quite strongly.
This is also facilitated by the modified radiator grille. She also retained the same configuration. But due to the same yellow inserts, the vertical sipes resembling "teeth" stand out even more against the background of the body. The feed of the Chinese novelty has been replenished with a full-fledged spoiler. And the rear bumper is now complemented by four round tailpipes, along the bottom of which runs the same yellow stripe.
The interior of the Chinese model is finished with black materials. But here, too, contrasting stripes adorn the seats, air vents and a number of other interior details. The new version of Auchan X5 is equipped by default with double screens with a diagonal of 10, 25 inches.
As part of the preparation of this model, the Changan company did not touch its technical part. Under the hood of the new version of Auchan X5, there is a former 1.5-liter supercharged engine. Its declared maximum power is 180 hp. with a pulling moment of 300 N * m. The motor comes with a 7-speed double-disc "robot".
