South Korean company Genesis is serious about conquering the European car market. It was recently announced that the first dealerships of the brand will appear in Germany this year. This indicates the seriousness of the intentions of the Korean company. The fact is that this particular country is the progenitor of luxury cars, which are recognized all over the world. These primarily include Mercedes-Benz, Audi and BMW.
The current version of the model
Judging by the "spy" pictures, which are published with enviable regularity on the Web, it becomes clear that Genesis is preparing updates for its rival S-Class, 7-Series and A8. It should be the new G90. Recently, renderings of what a South Korean model might look like in production have surfaced on the web. The most recognizable and distinctive feature of the new G90 continues to be the dual LED headlights. They frame a beautiful radiator grille, which extends almost the entire height of the front bumper. Below you can see some stylish air intakes with chrome elements. In addition, the model is equipped with Y-shaped rims, which, together with the long wheelbase, give the car a majestic look.
New Genesis G90
The G90's large bonnet could be lurking major changes. According to the latest figures, the facelifted model will not be equipped with a 5.0-liter turbocharged V8 with 413 hp. Instead, the manufacturer can install a more modern unit with a working volume of 3.5 liters and double supercharging. According to rumors, this motor will become the flagship in the lineup of the updated G90, and its power will reach 380 hp. and 530 N * m of torque.

It is worth saying that most of the development and testing of the updated Genesis G90 took place in Europe. This directly indicates that this model was created with local considerations in mind. Buyers in this part of the world are very spoiled by the cars of the "big German three", so the specialists of the South Korean company will have to really try hard to meet their needs. The official debut of the updated model should take place in South Korea before the end of this year. After that, the manufacturer must submit a global version of the sedan.
