French car brand DS, part of the Group PSA concern, which produces premium cars, has planned the production of a new compact cross by 2023. There are no detailed data on the new items yet. However, independent designers have posted on the network the first renderings, which allow you to roughly understand what the new SUV representative from the French company will be like.

In accordance with the plans of the PSA concern, the premium car brand DS has rather serious prospects. Thus, the French manufacturer expects that already in 2023 its sub-brand will be able to present a fundamentally new model in the SUV segment on the world car market. She will receive a fresh design and the most modern features. Based on the first minimal data on the new car, independent auto designers have created several renderings, depicting what the premium French SUV could be, which is declared by the automaker as the most promising crossover.

According to the authors of the published photographs, the dimensions of the new premium cross will be approximately the same as the body of the Peugeot 2008, but still will be smaller so that the SUVs do not turn out to be "twins". The design of the premium crossover is likely to be more classic than the DS3 Crossback. This decision will significantly expand the circle of those wishing to purchase a new model. In addition, according to auto experts, this car will be able to compete with the five-door Mini hatchback.
At the moment, based on the information that is freely available, it can be concluded that the project is still at the study stage. If all the theoretical points regarding the study of the process of creating a novelty are approved, then the new cross will be approved for mass production.
