Geely's lineup in Russia is very limited. But in China, the company offers a wide range of vehicles, ranging from budget cars of the Vision series to large tractors. In our country, in particular, there are no such promising brands as Lynk & Co and Geometry. The second brand is interesting in that only electric cars developed with the active participation of Volvo are produced under it.
One of the recently launched new products created under this brand is the compact Geometry C. This cross-hatch is designed in the classic style for the brand with precisely adjusted body lines, which makes it visually similar to Volvo cars.
Geely a few weeks ago revealed a development strategy for the next few years, which indicated that the manufacturer will intensify the development and promotion of new models of the Geometry brand. Apparently, for this reason, the Chinese concern sent several electric cross-hatches to Belarus. The appearance of Geometry C in a neighboring country indirectly indicates that the car may later arrive in Russia.
The choice in favor of Belarus is probably due to the fact that Geely has its own assembly plant here. It is also possible that this decision is explained by the desire of the manufacturer to test Geometry C in more severe climatic conditions.
Recall that the length of the Chinese cross-hatch is 4432 mm. It is equipped with a single electric motor that develops up to 204 hp. useful power. Together with this motor, a 53-kilowatt battery is installed on the Geometry C, which, in expensive modifications, is replaced by a 70 kWh battery. The power reserve of the Chinese model reaches 550 kilometers.
