Just a couple of years ago, the Chinese manufacturer Geely created an independent brand Geometry, which specializes in the production of electric cars. During its existence, the company's specialists managed to create two electric models - a sedan, called Geometry A, and a Geometry C hatchback. Now it became known that the brand's model range was expanding.
On the eve of the representatives of Geometry announced the release of the compact electric crossover EX3. Curiously, this model cannot be called absolutely new. The fact is that the Geometry EX3 SUV turned out to be almost a complete twin of the Maple 30X car. The basis for the creation of the EX3 cross was an SUV with a gasoline unit - Geely Vision X3. But the platform for the electric car is taken from the more modern Vision X3 Pro.
It is almost impossible to visually distinguish between the bodies of gasoline and electric SUVs. Differences can be traced only in the slightly modified design of the bumpers, as well as in a different use of decor. As for the level of equipment of the electric cross, it completely duplicates the capabilities of the gasoline model. The manufacturer included in the list of starting options for the car: two airbags, air conditioning, leather upholstery, and a rear-view camera.
By the way, the force parameters of Geometry EX3 and Maple 30X are also the same. Both models are equipped with an electric motor for 95 "horses", as well as a battery with a capacity of 37, 2 kW * h. Such characteristics make it possible to count on overcoming 200 km on a single charge. The price of the new product is already known. So, the basic version will cost customers 675, 5 thousand rubles in equivalent.
