As you know, this sub-brand is responsible in the structure of the company for the production of SUVs. Therefore, it is not surprising that we are talking about the latest frame, which will be distinguished by a brutal appearance. The appearance of the new item is quite close to the recent debutant - the Tank 700.
In terms of its dimensions, the presented SUV is comparable to the Japanese bestseller Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. Its center-to-center distance is 2850 mm. The representatives of Great Wall decided not to disclose the power parameters and characteristics of the future novelty at the auto show, but only shared the minimum details. So, it is reported that the car will receive a spring suspension: independent at the front and dependent at the rear.
According to experts, a 2-liter turbocharged engine with a capacity of 227 "horses" will be placed under the hood of the novelty. A pair for him will be an "automatic". Also, the option is not excluded, according to which the car will be equipped with a 3-liter turbocharged unit, producing 354 horsepower. At the same time, representatives of Great Wall clarified that the presented concept is 90% similar to the appearance of the future serial Tank 400. It is expected that the premiere of the SUV will take place in 2022-2023.
Whether the company's executives plan to sell the novelty outside of China is not yet clear. If the decision to export the SUV is made, then almost certainly it can be argued that its sales will be organized in Russia. In our country, the debut frame of the company, the Tank 300, should appear in the near future.
