A few days ago, Great Wall unveiled a new compact crossover of the WEY brand, designed in the style of cars of the middle of the last century. But the model range of such cars from the Chinese manufacturer has been replenished with another hatchback. Great Wall has brought a new electric car ORA Ballet Cat to the Chengdu Auto Show, which is designed in the style of cars from the 60s.
This model is likely aimed primarily at female drivers. The novelty is painted in the original shade of pink. Inside the hatchback, there are decorative inserts with a pattern in the form of flowers that adorn the front panel. The transmission control keys and air vents are oval shaped. The steering wheel and seats are upholstered in two-tone leather in white and pink. The materials used for the front panel and other interior details are decorated in the same range.
The Chinese novelty is compact in size. But at the same time, there is enough free space inside it for four people. As in the case with other electric cars, Ballet Cat is equipped only with a virtual instrument panel, which is combined with a multimedia screen. Instead of a transmission tunnel, a kind of shelf is installed in the Chinese electric car, under which additional niches are provided for transporting small items.
Great Wall did not officially disclose the technical specifications of the new ORA Ballet Cat. According to rumors, the electric car was equipped with a battery that provides a range of 400 to 500 kilometers. Perhaps, like other previously debuted models of the ORA brand, the novelty will receive only 2 electric motors to choose from with a capacity of no more than 70 hp.
