A few weeks ago, photos appeared that reveal the exterior of the new Great Wall Cannon pickup (in Russia Poer) in an off-road performance. The car in this version is visually similar to the premium Tank 600. As it turned out, the interior of the novelty is designed in a style uncharacteristic for pickups.
The published photos show that the Great Wall Cannon in this version will receive 2 displays. One, smaller, serves as a dashboard, and the second, larger, is built into the center console. Moreover, next to it there is a decorative insert with a lacquered surface, which gives rise to the effect that 3 displays are placed in the pickup's cabin at once.
From the premium Tank 600 to the new Cannon, 2 washers were transferred, which are probably responsible for tuning the chassis and all-wheel drive transmission. Next to them is the original gearshift lever, which is also not typical for most pickups. In the photos, you can see the presence of a climate control unit with large buttons coated with a metallized coating and leather trim. The latter, in particular, can be seen on the sides of the transmission tunnel. At the same time, the manufacturer installed a simpler steering wheel in the Cannon cabin.
Externally, the Chinese novelty differs from its previous modifications by an enlarged radiator grill with an extended metal edging. The head optics seemed to have switched to the pickup from the Tank 600 SUV without changes. In addition, the Chinese received a more powerful front bumper, and a plastic body kit now runs along the wheel fenders. Despite such significant changes, the characteristics of the Chinese model remained the same. Under the hood of the presented Cannon is a 221-horsepower 2-liter supercharged engine.
