Chinese auto brand Haval has decided on the launch date for an updated version of its large SUV H9. According to the company's plans, the first models will be available for purchase at showrooms on August 29. At the same time, the car will be shown to the general public, since on the same day the exhibition will start in the Chinese city of Chengdu.
As you know, Haval only recently restyled its flagship SUV representative. As for the main changes, the car has got a more massive radiator grille, which received a vertical filling with chrome trim. In addition, the SUV was equipped with a powerful front bumper, into which separate blocks were built for the installation of foglights.
An enlarged touchscreen for controlling the multimedia system, a new unit for adjusting parameters for the operation of climate control, as well as a virtual instrument panel and more modern air duct deflectors appeared in the interior of the SUV. The power characteristics of the updated Haval H9 have not changed. As before, the car is equipped with a 2-liter turbo engine producing 224 hp. A pair for him is an 8-speed automatic transmission. Also, the car has a permanent all-wheel drive system.
The manufacturer did not announce official data on the planned prices for the new version of the car. According to preliminary estimates, the minimum cost of an SUV will be 2.4 million rubles in equivalent. Experts expect the appearance of new items on the Russian market, but this event will take place only at the beginning of next year. At the moment, on the territory of the Russian Federation, you can purchase a pre-reform version of an SUV at a price of 2, 8 million rubles.
