Nissan has made an official presentation of the new 3-row Infiniti QX60. The Japanese crossover, as previously assumed, is designed in the style of last year's Monograph concept with its slim LED headlights, wide grille and sleek wheel fenders.

In the salon of the Japanese model, soft to the touch and expensive finishing materials are used, which are complemented by double stitching. In the top versions, the Infiniti QX60 is equipped with open-cell wood inserts and seats with an embossed back and semi-aniline upholstery. All modifications provide front seats with an ergonomic design that minimizes stress on the lower back and hips. Passengers of the second and third rows are offered separate, but no less comfortable seats, which are installed at a greater distance from each other. In addition, the Infiniti QX60 comes with improved sound-deadening materials and a three-zone climate.

The Japanese crossover is now equipped with two 12.3-inch displays, one of which replaces the standard instrument panel, and a 10.8-inch projection screen. The climate control unit is complemented by touch keys with tactile feedback. The Infiniti QX60 also received a proprietary semi-autonomous driving complex, which includes traffic sign recognition, emergency braking and automatic restart systems that can slow and accelerate a car in a stream for 30 seconds without driver intervention.

Under the hood of the new crossover is the old naturally-aspirated 3.5-liter engine. Its declared power does not exceed 295 hp. with a maximum torque of 366 N * m. This engine is combined with a 9-speed automatic transmission. An updated intelligent all-wheel drive system is available as an option for the Japanese model, which, if necessary, transfers up to 50% of traction to the rear wheels. It is combined with torque vectoring functions. Thanks to this, the on-board electronics can brake individual wheels, transferring more traction to others. Infiniti QX60 sales in the American market will start closer to winter. The crossover will probably reach our country no earlier than next year.
