Japanese automaker Lexus will bring a number of new products to the market in the next few years. We are talking about updated versions of the LX and RX models, as well as an improved GX. The first two cars will be presented next year. The new GX will have to wait until 2024.
According to the developer of the premium "Japanese" itself, by 2025 a number of Lexus cars equipped with electric motors will appear on the US market. However, the manufacturer also does not plan to refuse the release of current popular models. A rather serious modernization is being prepared for them.
As you know, the leadership of the Lexus auto brand puts cars from the SUV segment at the forefront. This means the RX cross will be ready to debut next year. It will be based on Toyota's premium architecture and will house the most recent hybrid powertrains under the hood. In addition, a completely new multimedia system and a lot of electronic assistants responsible for the safety of passengers will be offered for this car.
An updated version of the Lexus LX is also set to debut in 2022. The GA-F bogie will be used as a platform, and most of the built-in capabilities will be transferred from the Land Cruiser 300 SUV. For this model, the manufacturer will also offer new power plants, additional safety services and improved driving characteristics.
As for the GX model, the new version will also be built on the basis of the GA-F, and the list of engines will be expanded with modern hybrid installations. This will increase the power of the Japanese car and reduce fuel consumption.
