Safety

The Japanese SUV boasts thoughtful safety. This was clearly confirmed by the results of the crash tests, where the model was able to score a good mark corresponding to a four-star rating. It is worth noting that the Nissan Kicks 2022 was tested according to the standard Asian C-NCAP system, which assesses the main problems of the models in frontal, side and stern collisions. In the first case, when testing an SUV with 40 and 100 percent overlap, not the most impressive figures were typed in 87% and 84%. Advantages and disadvantages

The Nissan Kicks 2022 is a very interesting model to buy with a ton of pros and a few downsides. Among the obvious advantages of the SUV is its spacious five-seater interior, as well as a capacious trunk. Few of the "classmates" can boast of similar parameters. Also, one cannot fail to note the presentable appearance. A car worth less than 1 million rubles looks impressive and looks more expensive than its price. Another indisputable plus of the crossover is its reliable and unpretentious motors. 1, 5 and 1, 3-liter units have proven themselves well, and guarantee the owner the operation of the machine without extraneous headaches for many years.

Not without its drawbacks. In particular, it is necessary to highlight the lack of all-wheel drive. The car is only at first glance universal, but in fact it is suitable for use only on hard surfaces.

Design

The appearance of the "Japanese" is made in a classic moderate style. This is not to say that the design of the SUV is immediately striking, however, the car cannot be called unattractive. In this regard, the crossover is a strong mid-range with a classic exterior, which is equally suitable for both male and auto lady drivers. Most of all noteworthy is the front end with its massive radiator grille and narrow aggressive headlights, which in general set the entire style of the car.

If you pay attention to the salon, it looks quite modern and high-tech. It cannot be said that the SUV in the interior stands out against the background of its "classmates", however, the fact that it stands on an equal footing with them should be noted without fail. The interior is made mainly in dark colors with striking light inserts.

Sales start

At the moment, this crossover is not for sale in Russia. When creating the model, the manufacturer took the main reference point to the developing Asian markets. You can buy such a car in Japan, India and in a number of other countries in the region. The official premiere of the crossover took place in 2020. In the Indian market, sales started in 2021.
