Foreign media have published more information about the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV with a rechargeable hybrid module. Australia dealers will receive this version of the recently upgraded cross in July or August. By the way, the Australian continent will become one of the first and main sales markets for the Japanese model.
In that country, the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV will be the second crossover in the lineup after the larger next-generation Outlander PHEV. The latter will be officially unveiled in early 2022. The starting price for the plug-in hybrid version of the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is expected to be around $ 46,000 (RUB3.36 million). The intermediate Aspire configuration is estimated at $ 53,000 (3.88 million rubles). The maximum version of the crossover will reach 58,000 dollars (4.2 million rubles).

Standard equipment for the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV will include an 8.0-inch touchscreen multimedia display that works with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as well as 18-inch wheels and an autonomous emergency braking system. In the maximum configuration, there are LED optics in a circle, leather-trimmed seats, a panoramic sunroof, as well as heated steering wheel and second-row seats.
