The Indian division of the French automaker Renault has officially announced that it is celebrating the tenth anniversary of the brand's presence in the country. In honor of this significant date for the company, an exclusive package for the Kiger crossover was released. It was named RXT. The new variation is based on the RXZ trim level and will take a lot of equipment from it.

Thus, the package will include LED headlights (the younger ones traditionally use conventional incandescent lamps) and diamond-cut alloy wheels. The crossover will also receive a multimedia system with an eight-inch screen, and in addition it will have a panel for wireless charging of smartphones.

The car will receive a two-tone bright color, which is intended to enhance the already good looks of the urban compact and make it a prominent spot against the background of gray and black cars, which are in the majority. On the technical side, no changes. The cross will still be powered by a fairly simple three-cylinder liter engine with 72 hp. The transmission is also the same. The choice is either "mechanics" for five gears, or similar robotic.

Acceptance of pre-orders for cars will begin on August 6, despite the fact that the price has not yet been announced. The model will be exclusive to the Indian market. It will not be shipped anywhere else, although some of the cars assembled in India are exported. In particular, Nepal and South Africa are on the list of countries.
